All sales of Products and Services made through the Platform are final. NigelSylvester.com does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any Products purchase, including those obtained through the EQL Launch.

By completing a purchase, Users acknowledge that they are not entitled to cancel or modify their order, request a refund, or return any Product for any reason, except where required by law.
